Biomedical Data Science Lab

The Biomedical Data Science Lab (BDSLab) is an interdisciplinary research line at the ITACA institute of Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV), focused on biomedical computing and translational data science.

Our work centers on biomedical data mining, pattern recognition, machine learning, computational prediction, and decision-support tools designed for healthcare professionals and patients.

Research Focus

BDSLab develops methods and software to address real biomedical problems through data-driven analysis. The lab combines methodological research with practical tools that can be transferred into clinical and research workflows.

This platform is part of that effort, bringing advanced imaging analysis and related services into a usable environment for end users.
